Parent University

Research has shown that parents can increase a child's academic success through their involvement with school and communities. Parental involvement improves student morale, attitudes, and academic achievement across all subject areas. Volunteer opportunities are always available.

The goal of Parent University is to increase parent involvement in school and to empower parents to raise children who are successful in school and life.

Dove Academy's K-8th Grade Village will be offering monthly Zoom Room Meetings with various topics for ALL participants. Our members will be hosting additional mini-sessions on other topics that will help our community grow. All sessions will be recorded for a "Live Playback" the following day in case of schedule conflicts.

Grown-Ups completing our Parent University Course for the entire school year will be entered into a drawing for PRIZES! Participants will be asked to provide emails for contact and confirmation. An even better reward is that you will be stepping up for your scholar and they will know you're taking part in their education.

Who are we?

We are educators with similar and yet different backgrounds, we have varying amounts of education and experience, but we all have an abundance of love for teaching and learning.  More importantly, we are all parents, just like you,  that are passionate about our students and their emotional, social, and academic growth.
