Due to the low number of grab and go meals being picked up over the past few weeks we will no longer be distributing meals Tuesday – Thursday.
For families that are still in need for meal pick ups the Detroit Parks and Recreation department is offering free breakfast and lunch pick up at 3 of their locations.
Adams Butzel Recreation Center, 10500 Lyndon
Farwell Recreation Center, 2711 E. Outer Drive
Kemeny Recreation Center, 2260 S. Fort Street.
Parents and children can pick up breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. On Fridays, they can request additional meals to get them through the weekend.
